  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our fault and no resolution is possible.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed web design and development projects.

  • Custom development work once the project has started.

  • Monthly WordPress maintenance fees after the first 5 days of subscription.

  • Domain registration, hosting, or third-party service fees.

  • Web design and development projects may be canceled before work begins, with a refund issued accordingly.
